The Quotient() function returns #NAME? due to not Excel standard function.
Cause:
The Quotient() function is not included in the standard set of Excel functions. Instead, it is included in the Analysis ToolPak. Therefore, if the Analysis ToolPak is not enabled, using this function will return the #NAME? error.
Solution:
Enable 'Analysis ToolPak'.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Add-Ins...'. (The Add-Ins dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Analysis ToolPak' check box in the 'Add-In Available' list box.
NOTE: If 'Analysis ToolPak' does not appear in the list, run Office Setup to install it.
3) Click 'OK'.
